trying to connect my nx5000 to tv

Hi all,

This is my first post so hopefully i'll get the help i need to complete my project?

My problem is i've installed windows media center 2005 edition on to my old laptop its a compaq NX5000. This has no screen so what im going to do is use it for a media center for my pics and music. The problem with this is that i have everything running on it but i cannot get the svideo to show an output to my tv!!, i had this going no problem with xp pro on a tv in my bedroom using the same laptop. Does anyone know if the svideo works with media center edition 2005, i'm using the latest drivers available for my chipset well i think i am, this is: Intel® 852/855 Chipset Family Vers14.19.50. they only have a driver for xp pro and not media center does this matter????
