Trying To Find A Specific Antivirus Software

Okay, I don't know if this is the correct place to put it...but I am at my wits end. This might sound crazy, I apologize in advance.

For years I have been scouring the internet looking for this old antivirus/firewall/security(?) software that was installed on my childhood computer. For reference, I am around 25 years old. It was a Windows XP computer.

The program featured a little pair of cartoony eyes that sat in the system tray. Whenever you went to a "dangerous" website, the eyeballs would suddenly turn red and angry, and a loud alarm would sound as it proceeded to block the threat.
I can swear up and down that this is real and it wasn't some sort of dream. I remember it so vividly in multiple different occasions. I just want to know if this rings any bells, or if anyone knows the software I am talking about. I need closure!
I appreciate any help, I need to stop obsessively searching for it I have wasted so much time!

 

What you're describing is a Parental Control software. Although I haven't found one similar to your description.

 

Ah yeah that sounds most likely. At least that possibly narrows it down some more. Thank you for the suggestion
