:waveIn windows 7 I am trying to move 30Gb of unallocated space next to a partition so I can add the 30 Gb to it. When I try to use mini tool the option to move/resize the partition is grayed out even when I have the partition highlighted ... how can I move this partition next to the partition I want to add too????:confused

Position your cursor on the vertical edge of the partition you want to expand into the unused space until you see left/right arrows and drag. Remember to commit the change before exiting.

EDIT - in order to do what you want the unallocated space has to be adjacent to the partition you want to add it to. If that is not the case you will need to juggle with other partitions first. You cannot just move unallocated space.

Your problem was easily resolved using your existing Minitool Partition Wizard. You just don't understand it.
