I am having trouble reloading windows.

I can not get it to work. What happened was i started to play a game called Tera online and some how i do not know how it completely crashed my HDD.And now for the last day and a half i can not install windows even XP be cause it is not ACPI compliant .

I have tried using my desktop and every thing i can think of.And i am running out of options.I even tried to clone my desktop drive to the SD drive for my laptop nothing worked.

Ok now i made some head way on this finally.I was able to get my desktop to Recognize it.But there is a problem in the computer management system.I reads as followsDisk 2 Unknown 931.51 GB Not initialized,931.51Gb Un all located.

Any ideas on what type of program i can use to scan this drive for errors and such.I think that is what the main problem is.

I came to the conclusion that my 2.5 SSD is now junk.It will not even format now even connected to my desktop. So now i will have too get a new one.The laptop is only 3 months old and i need to buy a HDD all ready.

The specs you posted say that is a 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA hard disk drive, not an SSD and one of the things people NEED TO KNOW about rotating hard disk drives is that they are 7 times (!!!) more fragile than a raw egg when they are running. One little bump and you're in very deep kimchi.
If you want to know if its been hurt, get the free trial of http://www.hdtune.com , run it, choose the drive, and check the health status. If the data column of (05) or (C5) is not zero, its been hurt.
This will let you create a Windows 10 installation DVD or USB drive: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 It will also happily reinstall without asking you for a product key (If it does, choose I don't have a key and it will fix itself afterwards).

Well guy's i finally got the laptop to do a recovery. And my bad on the drive type. But any way This is how i fixed the problem.

I went and bought a My passport ultra 1 tera byte and then i bought a new 1 tera byte HD for the laptop.Be cause the HD seems none fixable.I have over 19 years at doing this. And it takes a lot for me to ask for help. The HD would not even format any more.

I tried this,When i bought the new HD and put it in the laptop.Than i went to my desktop and did a full create a recovery drive. And this took all most 30 minutes to make. And then i went back to the laptop with the External drive and plugged it in and bam it started the HP recovery system and i could not do it by pressing F 10.But any way it is now doing a full recovery,It might take a while be cause the CPU only runs at 1.80ghz in low mode.Which is kinda dumb if you ask me.So i roughly spent around 140 dollars to fix my laptop my self.If i where to take that to a computer shop they would charge me twice that.

After a full six days finally i can reinstall windows OS.

Recovery system was not working.May be because i was using the Recovery from my desktop. With the windows ISO i had from Microsoft.I used a program to make a boot-able usb drive. rufus-2.8 remember it.It is a very simple program to use.And it can be downloaded from here as well.http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/rufus.html

Thank god i hate major issues.I can not seem to use Windows Xp on this laptop because it is not ACPI compliant.
