Trying to remember an old PC game.

It had something to do with a scientist that crash landed on an island, with some super-monkeys (that I think he genetically engineered). The man is stricken to a wheelchair, and enlists the help of the monkeys (which the player controls in the game) to help him solve various puzzles.

It's a platformer, and I think the title has either "Monkey" or "Island" in it. And no, it has nothing to do with the "Monkey Island" series by LucasArts.

 

Never saw that one, but "Impossible Creatures" is somewhat similar.

 

Possibly "Monkey Shines"?
