TSL.exe removal!! please help

Hi I need help removing tsl.exe it reinstalls every ttime i have done it...
Also i would appriciate (spelling ?) some help with removing a program called dealhelper.exe that runs several 100-150 000 kb processes wich just takes upp memory.... please help

Oh and then another thing thats a realy major problem compared to dealhelper i some virus that restarts my comp allmost every time i turn it on.. it does that for like 3-5 times and then it works. But then if i have alot of programs running or playing high performnce games the computer sometimes just shuts off.. WTF!

Do your best to get through it all. It is a lot to do, but understanding that the spyware people DON'T want you to remove their stuff, it it well worth the time to complete the tutorial.
