Turbo Pascal & Win XP Problems

I have a DOS programme written in TurboPascal 7. I have been running it on Win XP ( In a DOS box ) for several years with no problem.
In the last few months the programme has shown a few strange things. Can't explain as you need the programme & the equipment it is controlling to see this.
After going round the wall for a while (tried at least 3 Win XP PCs), dug out an old Win ME PC that still just works.
No problem. So I assume there must be something in one of the last XP updates that has caused the problem.
It is NOT possible to rewrite the programme.
I want to run it in a virtual PC using anything from DOS 5.0 to Win ME and need suggestions on a suitable programme to do this.
Also need to boot directly into the TurboPascal programme on switch on.
Any help would be appreciated,

As a developer, I disagree about it not being possible. Not desirable maybe, but everything is possible.

Thanks for the answer. Have used DosBox.74 on Win7 64 bit professional and I can run the TP programme.
I'm pretty sure it would solve my problems. But I'm not sure about getting the PC to boot directly into the TP programme in DosBox. Don't want to use Win 7 because of access righys problems. This programme writes to the hard drive all the time.
This programme is being used for controlling computer controlled irrigation systems.
I am not making any money by fixing (or trying to fix) the problem.
As I said it is NOT possible to see the problems unless you have one of these irrigation systems,
