Turn off administrator rights

    Hello all
    I would like to turn off the administrator check vista does for every install, uninstall, open prog ect ect.

    You have to click 3 windows and it is my home comp so only I use it.

    I did turn it off but it gives you just as many "warnings" that it is off!

    Any help?

    P.S. I have somehow deleted my recycle bin. It does not show up in a search.

    after you turn it off then go to security center and change the way it notifies you to get rid of warnings.(should be bottom option)
