Turn off Hard Drive

Is there any program i can use to turn off 1 of my hard drives or other parts on my pc?

 

right click on My Computer -> hardware -> device manager -> choose needed software -> rightclick on it's icon -> disable.

 

For the hard drive, you can try power management. It's on the bottom of the tab where you change the screensaver (Desktop--Rightclick for properties---screensaver tab---click power on the bottom).

This will power down other hard drives after a certain amount of time while your main hard drive is the only one running
