Ok, so I have a GeForce 4 Ti 4200. Its got a TV out. I want to be able to use the TV as a second monitor. I can do this with nView, by selecting "Horizontal Span". However, I do not wish to have nView do this, as its rather restricting (I can only make it span so the primary is left, TV is right and my desk isn't set up that way) and also I'm trying to use an application which uses dual monitors which only works if windows manages dual display.

Is there any way to "turn off" nView and have windows detect the TV output by itself?
