tv to dvi!!!

hello every one im new and i wanted to know how if you guys are good at knowing useless things like:

i have a xbox360 but i dont want to buy a hd-tv so i bought a 17 inch iiyama moniter (iiyama h431s-w) and now i want to wacht tv on it too and i was wondering i thair was a device(cable/box/converter0 that turns normal tv cable to a ps2/dvi output/cable?

if you know please tell me couse i gave my tv away to my brother and now i cant watch tv

p.s. if you tell me it doesnt exist im going to punch my self!

its a normal tv cable (just the copper wire) i dont want a whole computer i just want a box that acts as a tv resever so i can change chanals and watch tv on my moniter in my room i already have a pinicle tv card for my pc (witch isnt that good as i espected)

 

thats it thats all i want to do watch tv on a iiyama h431s-w witch has 1280/1024 (nice) and i dont want to use a pc for it

 

i have after much surching found the solution the Dell w1900 tv($599) has a dvi entrance and it has tv imput and its hdtv ready! so thanks for helpng me !
