TV Tool 9.7

couldnt get the video out on my geforce 5700le, to work so i downloaded the TV Tool 9.7 and clicked on the tv mode,it went to tv mode, but the TV screen is snowwy and staticky on the tv, and the monitor is completly off, and i can't get it to work know, restarted in safemode , deleted TV Tool 9.7 , and it still try's to start on the tv, and turns the monitor off, completley screwed please help someone out there with some experiance with TV Tool 9.7 :cry
and im on my girlfriends puter, if you're wondering how i'm typing this
