TV Tuner Cards

Hi, I am looking for a TV Tuner Card for my new pc. I have been searching around and have found some confusing reviews and was wondering if anyone has one that works good for them and would recommend. The best site I found so far was http://www.hdtvtunerinfo.com/avertvvolarmax.html which has some pretty good info on it but I'm still a little hesitant just because I've never used one. Any help would be appreciated. I am running vista and already have a pretty good video card and I use an antenna. Thanks!
