Tvmedia,about:blank, Coolwebsearch, "only The Best" Pop Up Advertisements

TVMEDIA,ABOUT:BLANK, COOLWEBSEARCH, "ONLY THE BEST" POP UP ADVERTISEMENTS"

I have ran Spysweeper, Ad-Aware, and CWShredder to try to resolve these problems. Spysweeper continuously alerts me of these problems and prompts me to do numerous scans to remove them. However, they just keep coming back. Ad-Aware does the same thing, and CWShredder claims that the spyware is already removed. I've been trying to rid myself of these problems for quite awhile, but nothing seems to work. I prefer not to download anymore spyware removal tools. Could someone help me out?? What do I delete? I'm not very experienced on what these files are....Thanks for any help.
