Tweak Services for Improved Security

Hey guys, my Microsoft Certified Desktop Sollutions Technician has just confirmed something about the Windows Firewall I didnt know, and if anyone is interested (for deciding which firewall to buy) the Windows Firewall will only block incoming traffic and not outgoing traffic (so if you already have a trojan on your system, look out!).
Right back to services. Through carefull research and testing, have a look at my marked services for improved security (some of which will be disabled as default by XP) the others I have disabled are through personal preference only as I do not use these services. Some are disabled that are not disabled as default, these are the main attack points for hackers to abuse your system (the Upnp service being one of them!)

And at one point, hackers could disable windows firewall. Thats why just ditch windows firewall and go for a free firewall service that actually controls inbound + outbound traffic.
