Tweak UI to remove acct name from Welcome login screen.

Now I am unable to login to my acct. I have a Dell Dimension 4700, Windows XP SP3. A good ol' machine but I have really messed it up.
Following a Sys Restore it now says machine does not have CD ROM to Boot. I am using 12-BOOT then scrolling down to SATA Drive to boot. Plz help me get out of this mess.

Thanks for this info but I am unable to use it until I can login. How do I login past the 'click your name to login'? My name does not appear on the Welcome screen.
I will out of town til Monday at which time I will check back. Have a happy weekend.

Hi

Enter your BIOS and make sure 1st boot device is HDD and save and exit and see if you can boot ok, if not then try and see if you can boot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot and choose Safe Mode with Networking) and see if you can access Windows and logon.
