Tweaking a graphics card. How?!

I bought a Nvidia GeForce MX 4000 AGP 128Mb
From wal-mart. For like $69.99
It doesn't look much better than the intergrated one that came with my PC
64MB one. Is there a way to tweak the GC or maybe DirectX or some crap?
Please give me some insight on this. Thanks!

but I don't think any amount of tweaking will save that card..in this business you really do get what you pay for

Might wanna check this link out it gives you a bunch of programs from nvidia to adjust your graphics card.

The only other thing that i can think of is you dont have enough ram in your computer or you might have some spyware.
