Tweaking.com Windows Repair Version 4

Have a couple of PC niggles that I thought it may help with.
Downloaded this morning and ran the 'Common problems' tab run time about 1 hour 15 mins
Didn't fix so this afternoon I selected 'All problems'
Total run time so far is 4 Hrs
It's been on 18 of 45 Repair Volume Shadow Copy Service for 2hrs 30mins.
The blue indicator bar hasn't moved in the last 2 hours or so.
Both runs in safe mode as suggested by the instructional video.

I guess it is 'stuck' ....the cursor still moves and the two indicators in the programme are still moving.
Will leave for another hour or two but if it doesn't progress how do I get out of it safely...Please?

I copied this post then after a search on Tweaking I found this resolution:-

Whoops, I decided to minimize the Windows Repair Window and I found a Window underneath requesting permission to run the repair, I typed "Y" and the repair restarted, finished and is now working on repair 38 (the App Store).
