Tweaking Email Options - OE6 to Yahoo!?

I, at one time (years ago), was using something called "YPOPS" to tie-in "Thunderbird" (OE substitute) and my Yahoo! email account.

I would like to do this again - but is anyone familiar with this "YPOPS" thing and/or know of any drawbacks to/with it?

PS - What I'd mainly like to be able to do, when I visit a web-page, is to click on the standard/usual "Email" link (or, "email this to a friend" link), say on an MSN or Yahoo! web-page for instance, and have my Yahoo! Email account simply "appear" (as the "default" client), rather than or as opposed to OE6 popping-up, and then having to go back and copy/paste what I want to send into my Yahoo! account.

If you are using FF and can wait until Tuesday it may be built into the new version being released. FF Release

 

Yes, I am very much using FF (and can certainly wait until Tue.). This would be FF 3.0 - correct? Isn't it already out? And if it's beta, well, that always spooks me a bit when it comes to my browser ... I've tried-out some beta programs, but tend to be leery/standoff-ish with beta browser's ... that's just me.

It has been available as a beta for some time. What is coming out on Tuesday is the final version.
