TweakOL

In plan simple english can somebody tell me what "TweakOL" is and what would your average Joe use it for on a personal home computer? Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this, but it is a program I think, so this was my guess as to where to put it. thanx: confused

In other words, it is an add-on to your email program that allows you to easily change some options that aren't easily changed through the program itself.
