Anyone here using twitter? I just decided to give it a try. I don't see the real purpose though, same username. :cool

 

That is so useless IMO, so I just completed my S,S & S for the morning, bacon and eggs coming up!rolleyesuke Get a life man!(not aimed at you Pax)

 

Oh I know what you mean, it does seem uselss. I was actually throwing the idea around of making it even more pointless and purposely adding things like you list here LOL. I seriously doubt I'll pick up any followers anyhow. I just added a bunch of politicians and musicians. One thing that is interesting is that some of the celebs have pictures you don't see anywhere else, oh well.. I can see me pitching it sooner or later.

 

My hubby decided to register with Twitter because of his job....so far he has accrued quite a few followers and he is on it all the time.....not my thing though:zzz

 

I don't see any point in it myself... More like a waste of time, but I guess the youngsters have more time to spend on that stuff than we do.. :confused

 

I only need one place to write. And I'm in it.

 

Well, not exactly re the youngsters, CNN is heavily invested in this twitter/facebook etc.as they now have all their anchors wasting their or subordinates time. It's not that bad, if one can get their point across in 140 characters without using j3rk speak.rolleyes

 

I signed up a while back, but didn't really do anything with it for a while. I just don't spend enough time in front of my PC each day. Then I found out about mobile posting, and now I'm updating my FB, MS and TW all the time. I get a random thought that I want to share, I toss it up there.

Honestly, more about feeling the need to feel like someone's listening to you than anything else I guess....

*shrug* we'll see how long this fad lasts.
