Two different static ip and two different situtation

    Hi,
    In my local network i get static ip lets be A, when i send packets to another local computer receive packets, however when this local computer send me back i can't get these packets, so i change the my static ip to another ip lets be B, then in ip B other computers can send me now packets,
    Why this situation can be ?

    Incorrect routing tables, or router setup can cause that, or incorrect ip assignment.
