Two EXCEL questions

1) How do you make autocomplete carry over from Worksheet to Worksheet, or even from Workbook to Workbook? I have set up my billing on Excel and each month is a separate worksheet. Client's names will automatically fill in on the 2nd use forward on the same worksheet. There must be a way to make it carry over to subsequent Worksheets instead of having to retype the name.

2) Is there a way to set up the DATE column so that the month and year are set and I can just type in the day? 03/?/05.

 

To create your own template, type "transfer template" in the search assistant then go to "customize defaults for a workbook....and that will give you a couple ways of doing it.

I am not sure about the date issue. I'll look into it.
