two hard drives

    I am wanting to install a slave hard drive (only 5 gig) in my computer for the know how. How do I do this? I am not sure if the second hard drive has a OS on it or not but I dont need it to. How do I format it and everything. As always thanks BanC

    1.2 ghz processor
    tnt 64 pro nvidia graphics card
    only a 15 gig hard drive
