Two Networks related

i have two Lan cards in one pc ones having wiht ip addres

192.168.1.3
mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1
DNS 202.56.224.153
202.56.230.6

it is dedicated to broadband connection

and second lan card having

ip 172.16.15.5
255.255.255.0

gateway 172.16.15.1

but problem is the pc not supporting two gateway simualteniously
means when i want to connect internet i have to disable my second lan card or remove the gateway 172.16.15.1

is there any solution to but both at the time pls provide

It can not work this way, you can not use two Internet connetions at the same time on one computer that is running client OS (as oppose to areal server OS).

If you have two broadband connections you need a Dual WAN Router.

What is the 172 gateway?

I understand there is one nic setup for the broadband connection, and the other is pulling information from where, and what reason?

If you simply are using this machine amongst different networks (in different places for example), then multiple IPs, and gateways can be set to one network card.

Please explain further what you are trying to do.

 

actually second LAN card is for my Private LAN setup where a webserver is running and thats ip is 172.16.15.1

and i want to use both internet and my webserver page same time

i know that there is one default route in windows mechine but is any thing is possible to do that

 

The easiest thing to do would be situate these both behind a router. Having two network cards spitting out two different default gateways is going to have a negative effect.

It seems to me what you are doing is backwards.
