Two "New" Error Messages

I should say, "New" to me.

I've recently done (a couple of days ago) a reinstall of Vista (Home), and I am getting these:

1.

"[JavaScript Application]

! Error: document.body is null"

2. (upon attempting to remove Windows Genuine Advantage "Notification")

"Remove WDA v.1.2 (http://www.firewallleaktester.com)

(X) Unable to find your Winlogon.exe process. Please check that no other security program is preventing RemoveWGA from accessing your processes".

Any clues, hints, help...advice, opinions or suggestions...please?
