Two Problems I Think Is Tied Into One Solution....

    My mouse has decided to freeze when opening a video through email, or playing a You Tube. Along with the sound is drops to unreasonable noise. What I did to try a fix was turnoff on board M/B audio and install an audio card. And replace mouse, while deleting any software of hardware removing or turning off. Still no fix. I also have run malware and virus programs to see if any gremlins were preset....nothing. Any suggestions??? THX
