Two Problems

    I have major problem with two computers.

    One is laptop running Windows 7 home where I partitioned the hard drive and was copying stuff and now the computer will not boot.

    Some thing must have happen to Windows or boot loader.

    As it will not boot now.

    Other computer is desktop Windows 7 pro. I think it got some malware as it running really slow now and having problems.

    Note I have no recovery disks.

    Can I get the manurefacture to send me the recovery disk. Can you buy the recovery disk of the manurefacture?

    I hear you can only download Windows 7 ISO from Microsoft if it retail copy of Windows not a computer that came pre-installed with Windows.


    Note I have Windows product key for both computers.

    Depends. If you have a name brand, MS will NOT accept the product key and won't allow you to download the ISO.

    What brand and exact model are the computers?
