This is the second time I've tried to post. Every great once in awhile this computer reboots for no apparent reason, usually right when I'm in the middle of something. Any ideas??

Now to my original question. Some attachments will not open from my Outlook Express. The file type reads Fwd_Fw_.eml (118KB) unknown file type. I click on open and the message appears: This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an assocdiation in the Folder Options Control Panel. If this is what I need to do how do I do it. I go to folder options but can't see how to do this. Also is there as program that I can get that will open all files? Thanks

    1. When it happens again try and remember what you are doing at the time. Might be a software conflict or could be a hardware problem. Make sure your fans are running, overheating can cause a sudden shutdown or reboot.

    2. See the link below. Do you know who sent the attachement(s)? I would scan all the attachements with that file extension.
