Two strange folders

Hi, two weird folders have appeared on my computer. I just got this computer on sunday, so i know what I've installed on it. One of the folders is on called microsoft frontpage, in lowercase letters. All the other folders with microsoft (word, excel, etc) are in uppercase. This has one file inside titled version 3.0, and another folder inside that called bin, all the folders are empty. The other one is titled xerox with a folder inside titled nwwia. Both folders are empty. When I try to delete them it says Cannot Delete: File is in use by another program or person. What should I do?

 

ya i wast wondering when i press ctrl+alt+del and i check whats running in my procces and when i look at it it shows a spoolsv.exe running and i dont know if its somthing bad
