Two users and Adobe problem

Hello

I have a friend who is having trouble with Adobe Flash crashing when using Firefox yet her husband who is signed on as another user on the same machine does not.

I am the only user of my PC so feel a bit limited in any help I can give her where two users are concerned.

Her Adobe is up to date and I feel she should uninstall and do a fresh install or could it possibly be a Firefox problem ?
How would this affect another user ? Her husband is reluctant to do anything since he doesn't have a problem

If she removes an addon from Firefox is it removed from hubby's as well??
Do different users run independently..as I said only moi on my machine so not savvy where users are concerned.

I did remove the Babylon toolbar...so much clutter...and I notice another program in her files Conduit Engine which on a Google search seems to be a piece of no good so planning to remove that but how does this affect her husband as user. Also ran CC cleaner and it removed over 1Gb of temp files etc., but the problem still persists for her.

Affects one user, not the other = usually a profile problem.

I would backup the bookmarks and take note of all passwords stored from her profile and then use these instructions to delete her profile and create a new one:

Leave the addons/extensions alone.

I will go the Firefox without addons route first then the other if that is not successful in clearing up the problem.

My friend and husband have each decided to buy a Kobo Arc which apparently does everything but make coffee, floors and windows so problem of two users solved ...ehh!
