UAC and systray program

I have a program called Rollback. On the systray sits an icon for it. The path to that program is C:\Shield\shield.exe
Everytime I try to double click on it, I get the UAC notification, and I want this specific program to stop with the UAC.
I have other specific programs that I've been able to by pass by way of using the Task Scheduler, such as regedit, msconfig, registry first aid, and a few others. All of those I have in the Task Scheduler work great (no UAC notification).
But this one resides in the systray and I can't get it to stop the UAC.
Granted, I could put a shortcut to shield.exe on my desktop and use the Task Scheduler, but I prefer to not have another icon on my desktop (I like to keep mine clutter free). I'd really prefer to be able to bypass the UAC notification. Turning off the UAC is not an answer.
I've tried all of the following without luck:
    1. adding 'Everyone' to the 'Group or user names' and giving Full Control
    2. modifying all the 'Group or user names' to give Full Control to all
    3. Advanced Security settings shows everyone has full control
    4. the icon on the systray is actually started with the computer can called shieldtray.exe. I'd made the same changes to that files as I did in #1-3 above.
    5. I've checked the settings in Rollback, and there's nothing there that I found, other than Access Control, but that only refers to the program AFTER the UAC has been accepted.
What am I missing that I can't control the UAC to stop notifiying when I use the shield.exe icon on the systray (shieldtray.exe to start shield.exe) ?

    Go here http://www.rollbacksoftware.com/#clientContent
and click the Have a Question, Click Now to Chat icon near the top right.
It is like Instant Messaging. You'll get a popup window and probably told what number you are in the queue. When your turn comes, you type your question and hit enter. The support person will type back to you with an answer or ask further questions.

If giving UAC the nod each time bothers you that much why not simply turn it off altogether? There's really no need for all that Task Scheduler stuff trying to bypass it.

Turning it off is not an option. It's a program similiar to system restore but with more functionality.

    Any other ideas?

I didn't make myself clear. I meant turn off UAC, not the program.

Slightly off topic I've just had a look at Rollback, which appears to be very similar to Wondershare Time Shuttle. I've been using the latter for best part of a year and consider it totally indispensable so fully understand your 'turning it off is not an option'. I have Win 7 UAC turned on but it doesn't react when WTS is called up.

Turning off UAC is not something I choose to do. I have it turned down, but not off completely.

    Any other ideas?

Maybe try your bypass technique on the Rollback executable rather than on shield.exe?

that's my problem. the technique used a task scheduler, and you create a shortcut and make the necessary modification. This icon on the systray is not a shortcu, as such. It's a program (shieldtray.exe) that when started, opens shield.exe
