I just bought a 320GB Seagate FreeAgent External Hard Drive for quite a deal...120bucks at best buy. anyway the hard drive is working fine on the ubuntu i already have installed..ive partitioned the external and everything. i want to install ubuntu on it but when i put the disk in and load it up..ubuntu doesent read the EHD. ive tryed unplugging and plugging back in i checked every driver its just not being read. Is there anyway to like..mount it or have it be read on ubuntu livecd..im on ubunutu right now (not live cd its my installed) and its working perfectly. this ubuntu is installed on my internal hd by the way.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Nick
