UGCODE_USB_DRIVER blue screen of death

    :) Help!

    New to the forum, uninitiated in geek language, understand enter and send! Keep getting this blue screen saying that windows has to shut down with these strange arcane symbols - **4 STOP: 0X000000FE (0X00000005, 0X8421A0E0, 0X10330035, 0X840E9180). It's a laptop with a mobile internet connection.

    If you can help translate will be sooooo grateful!
