ugh...help

hi so im all new to this and dont know much about computers. im at my wits end with this sound thing so.....okay so my speaker icon has a red x over it and it says no audio output deviceis installed,and i already went into the device manager to try to fix it and i dont even have any kind of sound option to click on its not there.....CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Most likely you need to reinstall the driver for the sound card, post in driver forum here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=23. Title should be the something like "Make/Model" of your PC, "no audio".

In order to help you we need some more info, put your operating system and sound card in the content of the thread/post if possible.
