Ugh Outlook error

can anyone help with this - see below- i am running OTL 2003 on vista.. toshiba laptop.. did detect and repair (did nothing).. up to date on all windows updates
i get that stupid close program box when i send mail.. some times get mail too. am using gmail.. ports correcy, password correct..
