UH OH! Need help please!

All of the sudden, I cannot minimize my browser window it disappears and closes I also have a bunch of icons lined up across my toolbar??? Any advice? I do not know how to fix this problem.

Did you run any spyware removal tool? The behaviour you described seems like you got some spyware in your system.

Yes (Junior Jeeves) I have an antispyware program and I did run it. My pc is so screwed up,, ,I just don't know what to do! I have tried doing things in READ THIS FIRST!
I am up all hours trying to fix it. If there is anyone willing to help me one on one through IM's or email I would appreciate it greatly.

 

Ok, try clearing the unwanted startup items and increasing the system resources.
