Just looked around and found this reference to your prob.....

    (UIF) File....
Compressed disk image format created by MagicISO; can be encrypted and password-protected; also supports backing up multi-session CD/DVD, Audio-CD, VCD, SVCD, and DVD-Video formats'

So use MagicISO or equivelant, Nero Image burn should also do the trick.

As an occasional user of MagicISO, I've found that .uif files can be 'opened' using MagicISO ONLY, and that Nero will not burn .uif images. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that TUGZip might extract .uif files; it will extract .iso images and a couple of other image formats so it might do .uif files also. TUGZip is a free archiver available here at MajorGeeks in the Miscellaneous downloads section. I think that MagicISO has a free trial period and you should be able to do whatever you need to do with the .uif file using the free trial version.... good luck!
