Ultimate Troubleshooter software

    I can not read the hints or advice boxes in my program. Everything is in words except for those 2 boxes. It looks like code, assorted numbers and letters, but no words. The company could not figure it out, nor could Microsoft online help.

    That text looks like cyrillic ( Russian ) to me, on install did the software ask you to choose a language?

    I would also uninstall and re-install and see if that clears up the problem.

    No, it did not ask. As the screen shot shows, all is in English except for the two boxes. The company tried a debug program and they could still not come up with an answer. I also tried Microsoft but they have no answer for me.
