    Hi there
    Just on the same lines have you actually got a dual boot system, ie: have you got windows installed on different partitions
    If not then in the same place Wookie posted you can edit your boot ini file and remove the one you dont need mine looks like this

    [boot loader]
    timeout=30
    default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
    [operating systems]
    multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

    Dont know much about style xp, someone else may come along with info on that :)
    As for the boot ini by all means delete the unwanted lines, as long as it looks like mine when your finished you should be OK

    If you look at the Generals bootup ini above and change the lines in yours to look like his then you should be ok.... BUT remember to backup the original file first!

    or first you could just uninstall StyleXP and see if that returns your bootup to normal.

    That answers it, you enabled the boot screen on style xp and it does that so you can choose your own boot screen or the pictures you can download for it, in style xp simply choose the original boot screen and it should go away.
