Ummm.... WTF!?!?!

Ok, sry for the werid title of my thread, but basiclly that is exactly how i felt and still feel currently. Ok the last time ive used my computer everything was perfectly fine, i shut it down and then went to bed, went to school the next morning and on my return i went into my room, turned on my computer it started regualrly then this screen popped up right after the DELL loading thingy in the very begining

Ive tried all the combinations from this screen and no matter w/e i click this next screen comes up, from this new screen i can do nothing but shut down the computer by pressing the power button.

Please if anyone can help me in any way, please please help me, i do not wanna have to take my box into the tech or sumwhere, if anything tell me a reliable place i can get this fixed if you know, i live in san antonio texas, also i have unpluged all perferials and opened my box up and looked inside and have seen nothing wrong PLEASE HELP ME! thx soo much in advance

 

Go into the bios make sure it still detects the hard drive. If not, then make sure all the cables are secure in the machine. If yes, then follow below:
