un-needed files

hi all,
i am trying to do a total clean of my system, getting rid of everything thats not needed,
can i safely delete all the language files that come with programs ?
do i only need the latest java activeX (i seem to have 4) ?
can i delete program logs ?
my c/winnt/internet logs is 276mb with some zip files (these seem to belong to zonealarm), can they go ?

i run ccleaner but it doesn't clean my internet log file (see above), i really should say not all of it

my os is w2k sp4

can i uninstall all of my java and just download v10 from here ? (i only have upto v9)

 

You only need 1 version of Java, extra versions are a huge waste of space.
