unable to access internet due to ncase

    when I log onto server, it works..but I can't open anything on the net like explorer, paltalk, icq, hotmail, in fact anything. I've read some things to load, but I can't open anything to load them...I checked add/delete programs, but nothing there...only a warning box that says that someone took n_case alert.I need to know a way to get "back on net"...HELP!!

    I'm not sure if just removing nCase is going to give you back your internet access. If you get it removed following Star's link and still have problems, see if you can get Ad-aware & SpyBot S&D and HiJaak This onto your computer somehow (download them where you are sending these messages from and maybe get them on to a CD). Then run Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D and clean what they find. Then shut everything down and run HiJaak This. Save its log. And then copy its output into a your next message. (Make sure your run Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D first!)
