Unable to access login

Dear Major Geeks:

Hi!

I have a dialup internet connection for my newly purchased Dell laptop. I am using internet explorer as my default browser.

Until a few weeks back, I could access my Demat account details from an online share trading website (www.icicidirect.com) but currently I am unable to get the login page opened from the website (although the website homepage gets opened).

I have included only this site into "trusted website zone" in internet options and tried to lower privacy settings to "accept all cookies" in an attempt to access the login page but still unable to get the login page. What can be likely reasons for this? What internet options settings should I adopt to get a good permanent access to this site? As I am currently staying in other country on employee visa, I cannot go the bank to ask for help in resolving this problem. Please guide me. Email ur answer and post the thread link in it.

Have you scanned for viruses/spyware recently? If not then check out the stickies in the spyware forum.
If that doesn't help then check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813444
as that should solve it.
