Unable to access Screensnapr.

Haven't been able to access the site screensnapr.com for a week.

I know for a fact the servers are up, as there are other people using Screensnapr to upload images.

I've tried pinging the site. No packets are arriving.
I've tried flushing the DNS Cache. Had no effect.
My firewall shouldn't be blocking it, as I'm sure I've added an exception for it.

I'm not sure what's wrong. I can access all other sites but that one.

 

When you attempt to ping the site does it display the ip address?
example: Pinging screensnapr.com [199.21.220.61] with 32 bytes of data:

If the ping is resolving the ip address then it's probably not a DNS related issue and flushing the DNS cache may not help in this case.

Is this a hardware or software firewall? If you are sure you have an exception to allow access to this site you may want to double-check. If this is a software firewall behind a hardware firewall you could try disabling the software firewall as a test to determine if you can access the site.

I can ping the site just fine but when I try to browse to it I get the following message so it does appear as those it's got some php/database issues going on.
