Unable to boot in SafeMode

My computer was hijacked by some spyware and I've been able to clean most of it through the other thread but there's some that have to be cleaned in safe mode. Everytime I try to boot in safe mode, it got to a certain file and asked to press esc to stop loading. The files that I believe it was trying to load were vax347h.sys and d347bus.sys. I've already deleted both of them in my system32/drivers folder but it still won't boot in safe mode. It just stops, and restarts everytime it starts loading the drivers. It does this almost infinitely until I finally just boot windows normally. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

 

boot into windows normally and run sfc/scannow (you will need an XP disc).

this will repair/replace any damaged files on your system. then try safe mode again.

 

Note--there is a space between sfc /scannow

 

I tried that and am still unable to boot in safe mode. Any other suggestions?

 

Ok try Start/Run/type msconfig/enter/go to General Tab/check Selective Startup/apply---reboot and try sfc /scannow again have yor cd handy

 

You've obviously had (have) a lot of problems and corruption.

I would try a Repair. HERE is a good step-by-step guide.
