Unable to burn DVD

    I use DeepBurner to burn DVD. I have used this successfully in earlier situations. Of late, I am not able to start the burn. I get a message that says the media is full even thought the DVD I am using is empty with a capacity of 4.7 GB and all I am trying to burn is about 1.2 GB! I have tried other free burners and they give similar errors. I have changed discs too. I am able to read DVD using the same device. What could the problem be?:confused
