Unable to connect to local network/internet

I have been trouble shooting for the past few hours and I am out of ideas.

I have three computers on my lan, all connected to the internet. For what ever reason one of the three no longer will connect to the internet.

I pinged the NIC of the PC (127.0.0.1) and it came back successful on all 4 echo's.

My data activity light is solid, not blinking.

I went into my network adapters and tried repairing the connection, but it came back with a error "Unable to renew IP address".

I then went into the command promp and tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew and on the renew it said "unable to contact DHCP server".

I then tried to switch it to a different router port, but that did not work. I even switched my other computers to the port that the computer that is unable to connect was originally in, and they worked fine.

I tried the ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew on the other computer and they were able to get ips with no issue, any ideas? Im all out.
