   Hello from Tonga When I try to download anything, Anti virus, Microsoft and from this site I get a pop up message "your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded". I have dissabled firewall antivirous and auto updates to no availe. What can I do? Toshiba P-35 laptop with XP. HELP

   In Internet Explorer ....go to tools / internet options / security / custom settings /scroll down to enable downloads.
