'Unable to load resource .dll', message

    I have had the above error message every time I right click on a file or folder.
    Once I click OK then Windows XP Home lets me perform the task that I set out to do, usually move, or delete a file, but also when I want to see properties.

    Can anyone help me identify the .dll needed?

    See if it works in Safe Mode.

    The problem is still there even after booting into Safe Mode.

    Anything else I can try?
